Carl priced the job clearly and unlike other builders, didn’t put numerous areas into contingencies which can sting you financially. We chose to stay in the house thus were able to see first hand how well they approached each part of the job, discussing with us on any updates or changes we made. After struggling for some time to find anyone interested in rebuilding and rejuvenating our old rear pergola, we finally found Carl and Trent who, by chance, were working on a project in a nearby street. Carl responded straight away, listening to our requirements, and coming up with a well thought out proposal which was just what we were after. It was always going to be a bit of a tricky job, fitting new to old, but Carl and his team were professional and patient, involving us all the way, particularly when they had to make the odd ‘adjustment’ on the run. He uses experienced tradespeople, who are well-skilled and meticulous in doing this sort of renovation work. The net result was a great outcome, exactly what we wanted. We would have no hesitation in recommending CarLi Constructions to anyone considering any type of home renovation project.

Carl and his team did a great job on an extension with limited access (which other builders thought it was too hard ). The extension was a second living room/Office and second bathroom and larger walk-in robe. We had new slab poured to blend into existing slab, 3m high concrete filled boundary wall, plus all the usual trades, Carl and his team where always on time and cleaned up the site regularly, I had no delays and Carl was always happy to accommodate any reasonable changes. Extension has turned out Great, and would recommend CarLi Constructions
